Sunday lunch is a four-course menu (HK$1,280) featuring Pic’s signature pasta parcels Les Berlingots ASP; Guangdong duck; Mediterranean octopus; and white millefeuille.
Dinner ups the ante, with six courses (HK$1,980) and dishes such as Brittany red mullet, wild sea bass with caviar, lapsang-souchong-smoked Bresse pigeon, and Saint-Marcellin cheese added to the line-up.
