Man Wah is a stalwart of Cantonese fine dining, having first opened its doors in 1968. After undergoing an extensive, six-month refurbishment in 2020, it reopened to critical acclaim.

Dark blue panels with gold accents now line the walls, adding to the luxurious feel of the interiors, while vast windows celebrate the restaurant’s position overlooking Statue Square.

Man Wah celebrates the time-honoured traditions of Cantonese cuisine through both its dim sum and à la carte offerings. Highlights include the braised pork belly with taro, while must-tries from the dim sum menu include the truffle mushroom dumplings.
