Millionaires and billionaires

  • The star transferred from Aston Villa to Manchester City in 2021 in a record-breaking deal – but he lived with his family until 2018, admitting in 2020 that his mum still ‘helps him around the house’
  • Grealish and his partner Sasha Attwood now live in a US$7.5 million Cheshire mansion, with seven bedrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a lake – but it grabbed headlines when it was burgled

Jack Peter Grealish has earned his stripes as one of the best football players currently on the pitch. He is estimated to be worth US$40 million at age 28, per Celebrity Net Worth.

Despite this, the star did not move out until 2018, preferring to live with his family. Since then, he’s moved into a home in Cheshire, which is also where the “Golden Triangle” – the villages and towns where many Premier League footballers reside – is located.

Here’s a look at some of the homes Grealish has bought – and where he is eyeing his next purchase.

Cheshire, Manchester

Grealish and his childhood sweetheart Sasha Attwood currently live in a luxury mansion in the Cheshire area outside of Manchester, which Hello! magazine priced at around US$7.5 million. The mansion reportedly boasts seven bedrooms, a swimming pool, a vegetable plot, a tennis court, a lake and a helicopter pad.

Their home made headlines in late 2023 when, as reported by Sky News, it got burgled while Grealish’s family was inside watching him play a match against Everton. The perpetrators stole jewellery worth over US$1.2 million.

Grealish took to social media to say that he was “devastated” at the invasion: “My family mean the world to me and nothing is more important than ensuring their safety. This has been a traumatic experience for all of us. I am just so grateful that nobody was hurt.”

The Telegraph reported Grealish had spent over US$630,000 on security fencing, but it had been insufficient to prevent the burglary.
