Popcorn heiress Hannah Chody has a great time when she’s jet-setting around the globe – well, most of the time, anyway.
On a trip to Milan with her husband last year, the 32-year-old said they went through a scary encounter and wanted to warn others about it, the Daily Mail reported.
“I don’t know if anyone in Milan has experienced this,” she shared on TikTok. “This guy approached my husband, and kept saying, ‘scarpa, scarpa, scarpa’”, which means shoes in Italian. “And I was like looking at my husband’s shoes, like, what is going on? And I was like, no, let’s keep going.”
She went on to share that the guy started “hounding us, harassing us”.
She added that they were probably using the shoes comment as a tactic to rob them. “We think it’s like a tactic of pickpocketers, or guys trying to rob you,” shared the influencer.
