Gyovanni Moner was born in December 2004 to Katherine and Patrick Moner. He and Merced’s mother is of Peruvian descent, while their father is American. He is the youngest sibling – he and Merced also have an older brother named Jared Moner. (Merced was born Isabela Moner and changed her surname in 2019 as a tribute to her late maternal grandmother, Yolanda Merced Salazar Pittman).
