Happenings: Italian luxury maison Fendi showed its first collection since changing its name from Haute Fourrure to Haute Couture during last month’s Paris Haute Couture Week. The strategic move was made to put the spotlight on the couturier’s other metiers rather than focusing only on its signature fur expertise.

 The collection featured innovative fabrics such as trompe l’oeil surfaces using frayed organza and chiffon. The show attracted A-listers from across the globe, including Mandy Moore, Jamie Campbell Bower, Jessica Jung and Aimee Sun.
