Leading men like rapper Future and NBA’s LeBron James reveal the personal essentials they carry daily in their Speedy P9s, conceived of by Pharrell Williams
In 2023, Pharrell Williams debuted his inaugural menswear collection for Louis Vuitton at Paris’s Pont-Neuf. Alongside looks featuring Damoflage, a pixelated take on the house’s classic Damier print, Williams also introduced the Speedy P9, a reimagination of the Maison’s iconic holdall first launched in 1930.

The P9 was an immediate hit, quickly becoming a favourite among celebrities including Jacob Elordi, Rihanna and more. Now, as Louis Vuitton marks the 130th anniversary of its signature LV Monogram, the Speedy P9 returns to the spotlight in the house’s latest In My Bag campaign.

Fronted by ambassadors and friends of the brand including Jeremy Allen White, Jude Bellingham, Future, LeBron James, Jackson Wang and Victor Wembanyama, the campaign shows what each celebrity carries with them every day.

Future, for one, reveals an unexpectedly sporty side. In his blue Speedy P9, the Grammy Award-winning rapper keeps a tennis racquet, a change of trainers, gummy candies and his Louis Vuitton accessories close at hand.

NBA star Wembanyama is similarly game-ready, with a mini basketball tucked inside his bag, while James – ever the athlete – carries golf balls and tees. White’s green Speedy P9 feels more lived-in, packed with today’s newspaper, a notebook, a comb, dice, extra socks and a charging cord.
