Style Edit: Omega’s Christmas drop spotlights Aqua Terra refinement and Speedmaster moon magic

Omega unveils luxurious dials, innovative movements and celestial design cues on its must-see holiday pieces

Let’s start with something that feels straight out of a winter dream: the Aqua Terra 30mm collection. After its global debut earlier this year, Omega has added five new models, and they’re tailor-made for the festive season. Think vivid dials, rich materials and refined details. Highlights include a stainless steel and 18K Sedna Gold version with a pine green dial, a full gold model with a burgundy dial and diamond-paved bezel, and elegant sandstone, mother-of-pearl and diamond-set variations that suit every style – from minimal to statement-making.

Inside these 30mm cases lies Omega’s smallest-ever Master Chronometer movement – either the Calibre 8750 or 8751 – each developed specifically for this compact size. They’re magnet-resistant up to 15,000 gauss, feature a 48-hour power reserve, and can be admired through a sapphire crystal caseback. Built to the highest standards, they balance serious watchmaking credentials with effortless wearability.

The collection includes stand-out versions such as a matte black manual-winding model with bold red chronograph accents, a refined take on the original Dark Side with Liquidmetal elements, and an all-black edition with diamond-polished indexes and a deep sandblasted ceramic dial. The most evocative of all, the Apollo 8 model, features a laser-ablated lunar surface with the near side visible on the dial and the far side revealed through the caseback – a poetic nod to the first astronauts to orbit the Moon.

From the deep hues of Aqua Terra’s festive dials to the futuristic edge of the Speedmaster’s ceramic cases, Omega’s latest releases bring together craftsmanship and character – designed for those who like their holiday season sprinkled with meaningful presents.
