Adapted from Jenny Han’s trilogy of novels, The Summer I Turned Pretty follows Isabel “Belly” Conklin, who navigates a complicated love triangle between brothers Conrad and Jeremiah Fisher. As fans gear up for Belly to finally decide between the Fisher brothers, or choose to stay single, Connolly takes her place in the show as the well-meaning but occasionally immature mother of Belly’s best friend, Taylor Jewel.
