Meet Troye Sivan’s sister Sage Mellet, who inspired his new fragrance
The pop idol’s little sister is a singer for Approachable Members of Your Local Community, and she’s also worked with Michael Kors
“This is my beautiful sister, Sage,” Sivan wrote last month under a picture of Mellet and the new perfume. “Sage is the ultimate cool girl to me, always has been. She is kind to her core, effortless and warm. I love her!”
He added that the fragrance is named Sage’s Rose, and that she was a guest creative director for the product. “It’s rose in our way. Sweet, musky and mysterious,” he explained.
The singer and actor launched the Australian brand with his brother, Steele Mellet, in 2023.
“I’ve always been obsessed with the idea of ‘home’, which became stronger when I started to travel at 17,” Sivan told Vogue at the time. “Creating a warm, safe and expressive space that I can immerse myself in and share with people I love, became a dream and passion of mine. Tsu Lange Yor is an extension of all those ideas.”

Sage Mellet, 27, grew up in Perth alongside three brothers: Steele, Troye and Tyde Mellet. (Sivan is actually the “Rush” singer’s middle name.)
In a 2021 interview with Fashion Journal, Mellet calls her family her “biggest inspiration”. “Watching them use their creativity to create a career for themselves is something I am trying to implement into my life,” she says.
