Glow star Sydelle Noel will be taking on the role of Reacher’s love interest Tamara Green this season, according to Deadline. Much like in Lee Child’s original Jack Reacher books, the Prime Video series also introduces a new love interest for our main character every season. In the first one, it was Roscoe Conklin (Willa Fitzgerald); then came Karla Dixon (Serinda Swan), and most recently, Susan Duffy (Sonya Cassidy). Among them, Roscoe remains the undisputed fan-favourite.
Whether Willa Fitzgerald will return for Reacher season four is unclear, but in the meantime, you can see more of the actress in her latest projects Regretting You (2025), and A House of Dynamite (2025).

What’s Willa Fitzgerald’s background?
Willa Fitzgerald is a Tennessee girl, born in Nashville to former rock musicians Judith Dohse and Edward Fitzgerald, per Dazed. She grew up without siblings and spent most of her time with books. “I did a lot of reading and then a lot of re-enacting of what I had read,” the 34-year-old told Wonderland Magazine. In another interview with Town & Country Magazine, Fitzgerald revealed that she had developed “very romantic notions about New England” as a child, which led her to attend Yale University in Connecticut. Though The Goldfinch actress initially majored in psychology, she eventually transitioned to theatre studies.
Acting wasn’t always her dream
Fitzgerald was an introverted child who “found refuge in imagined worlds”, but caught the acting bug when she began taking part in interschool “competitive acting” competitions, per W Magazine. At Yale, she ventured into theatre, writing and acting in plays. She also dabbled in theatre directing. The Dare Me star hadn’t even graduated when an agent signed her, and she moved to New York, taking up tutoring jobs while acting. These days, in addition to Reacher, Fitzgerald is best known for her parts in The Fall of the House of Usher, Regretting You and Scream.
