Meet Carter Faith, the rising country singer joining Post Malone and Jelly Roll’s tour

Faith – who released her debut album, Cherry Valley, on the same day as Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl – is a rising country singer

Since then, not only has the 25-year-old’s album been ranked No 2 on Rolling Stone’s 25 Best Country and Americana Albums of 2025 list, but she also announced in February through Instagram that she will be joining Post Malone and Jelly Roll on the Big A** Stadium Tour.
Here’s what you need to know about her.
Carter Faith has been writing songs since she was 16

Carter Faith Jones was born in June 2000 in North Carolina. She grew up in a music-loving family and said she used to listen to music in the back seat of the car or to her grandfather’s cassettes, according to her 2022 interview with Billboard. “Then Taylor Swift came onto the scene and I wanted to pick up a guitar,” she said.
She was 16 when she was inspired to write her first song. “I was upset about a guy,” she told Billboard. “No song I turned on was making me feel better, so I had to write one myself.” Soon, Faith had taught herself how to play the guitar and the piano.
She moved to Nashville to pursue her dreams
