Joining the cast for Season 4 is British actress Tanya Reynolds, who plays Coach Alice. Reynolds was initially unsure about taking on the role because of her commitment to other projects. After bingeing on the show, however, she “totally got the hype”, the 34-year-old told The Hollywood Reporter.
The actress made sure to bring up her lack of athleticism to Sudeikis, who is also co-creator and executive producer on the show. “I got really paranoid because the thought of me playing a coach is quite hilarious to anyone who knows me,” she said.

Tanya Reynolds was born on November 4, 1991, in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. She is half Italian on her father’s side.
Reynolds took an interest in acting after her first role in her school nativity at age four. She earned a scholarship to study at the Oxford School of Drama, a vital stepping stone into the acting industry. “I don’t think drama school is necessary for everyone, but for me personally, it was because I just had no other ins,” she told The Standard. “It’s so much money.”
