What I’m watching and listening to

I am an avid watcher of spy films – like James Bond. I love action sports as well, so I suppose I am a bit of a tomboy in that regard. I also enjoy comedies, as I find that is the best way to unwind after work. As for podcasts, I generally listen to health- and beauty-related series hosted by doctors, and also business podcasts from entrepreneurs across different industries.
My go-to beauty products

I have long been passionate about skincare and wellness, and so my routine is quite comprehensive. I like to mix brands, as I find many excel in certain areas but perhaps not across all categories. I love the brand Medical Beauty Research, and another name that was recently mentioned to me during a trip to Korea is Oera. Another top brand for serums that are very specific and results-driven is Dermaviduals. The brand Auteur has an amazing retinol, and Augustinus Bader is always a staple. As for face masks, my favourites are the SK-II Facial Treatment Mask and Biodance Bio Collagen-Real Deep Mask.
Places I love in Sydney

When I visit home in Sydney, I always have to go to Shell House: it’s my favourite restaurant for dinner. As a family, we also love The Boathouse – the Rose Bay location in particular – for Sunday brunch. While there, I also make time for a facial at Melanie Grant, and I love taking my elder daughter (the younger one is still too little) to a play or the ballet at the Sydney Opera House.
