Style according to … Aman’s Kristina Romanova: the busy executive appreciates her Cartier Tortue watch, Harrods, Victoria Beckham Beauty’s Satin Kajal eyeliner and Demi Moore’s turn in The Substance
STORYVincenzo La Torre

The CEO of Aman Essentials tells Style about her favourite luxury stays, London haunts, vintage fashion, beauty must-haves and more
Aman, the luxury hospitality company established in Phuket in 1988, needs no introduction. “Amanjunkies”, as the brand’s loyal fans are known, love to boast about the number of resorts they have visited and to share insider tips about them. They can take home a piece of the Aman lifestyle with Aman Essentials, a line of products ranging from fragrances to ready-to-wear, which are also available at Harrods in London. The line is the brainchild of Kristina Romanova, a former model, avowed skincare enthusiast, and a regular at fashion weeks and other glamorous global events.

I really liked The Substance with Demi Moore. It showed just how ruthless the entertainment industry can be towards women, with ever-changing beauty standards and the pressure to always be [in peak] shape and form. It evoked the old feeling in me of never being enough while I was a model. I hope women can see the powerful message behind the movie and stop comparing themselves to anyone, and embrace their natural beauty.

I use the Aman Replenishing Face Serum and Vayu fragrance by Aman – a mix of citrus, coconut and florals inspired by Thailand. I am also a fan of Victoria Beckham Beauty Satin Kajal [eyeliner].
