Opening this month in Central is a new restaurant venture by Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes. Both chefs are familiar faces on the Hong Kong fine dining scene: Grare was previously the executive chef of Lily & Bloom, while Rhodes was executive chef at Gough’s on Gough.

The new restaurant will feature rustic homestyle cuisine presented within a relaxed dining scene.

A farm-to-table concept will take centre stage at Kinship, and produce from family-run local farms and suppliers (including carrots from the New Territories) will be used as much as possible.

Opens: late May

Address: 3/F, 2-4 Shelley Street, Central
