Malaysian mother lashes out at nanny’s husband who sodomised and killed her baby
The man received 30 years in prison and 13 strokes of the cane for the crime committed in 2021
Calling the man who sexually assaulted and murdered her son an “animal”, Malaysian mother Robiatul Adawiah Aziz did not hold back on her thoughts after the perpetrator’s sentencing.
Sinar Harian reported that the mother of the nine-month-old boy who was killed four years ago shared her thoughts on social media.
“You are so cruel to me that you [sodomised and killed] my child. You are not a human being, you are an animal!” she said in a post on Friday.
She admitted to feeling sorry for the actions of the perpetrator (the husband of her child’s nanny) who was willing to commit such a heinous act.
“This world is too cruel for my heavenly child. After four years of patiently waiting for the decision on whether you are guilty or not, you have finally been sentenced,” the portal quoted her as saying in the post.
“Before this, you did not admit that you did it. When I heard the deputy public prosecutor say there was semen in my child’s anus, oh god, the world is dark.”
“If you look at the sentence imposed, it is really not proportional with what he (the perpetrator) did. What can we do now that our country does not have the death penalty, only prison and whipping? It’s OK, I am a little relieved,” she said.
