Facing Nato warning, Russia says Ukraine shows ‘no signals’ it wants peace talks
European diplomats have warned the Kremlin that Nato is ready to shoot down Russian planes violating its airspace

“No, so far there are basically no signals from Kyiv at all,” Peskov said when asked whether there were any indications about talks resuming between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, according to the RIA report, published on Monday.
Peskov’s remarks come as Russia launched hundreds of drones and missiles at Kyiv and other parts of Ukraine early on Sunday, killing at least four people and injuring dozens, in one of the most sustained attacks on the capital since the full-scale war began.
European diplomats warned the Kremlin this week that Nato is ready to respond to further violations of its airspace with full force, including by shooting down Russian planes, according to officials familiar with the exchange.
