Four Seasons Hong Kong turns 20 with Michelin-starred dinners and special events
The 3-day celebration starting September 18 will see 15 top chefs from around the world presenting a once-in-a-lifetime set of tasting menus

It is billed as the culinary event of the year: the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong’s 20th anniversary celebrations include three evenings of guest chefs from around the world, bringing an extra 20 Michelin stars to the hotel’s eight.
“I’m thrilled to bring together friends I’ve met at various points of my career to cook together, and celebrate the hotel’s and restaurant’s 20th anniversary,” says Galliot. “Food is about generosity, conviviality, and where the best produce comes together perfectly on the plate through precision and technique.”

Desserts will be equally multicultural, with Jean-François Feuillette of France’s Boulangerie Feuillette serving his pistachio Paris-Brest. This year’s Asia’s Best Pastry Chef Dej Kewkacha, who is known for his innovative take on pastry, will offer his creation Le Blanc, made with cacao juice, jasmine flower and caviar. Andrea Bonaffini, the Italian executive pastry chef at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, will present his chocolate lemon dessert.
Each night’s unique dinner (priced at HK$4,988 per person) will take place in Caprice’s magnificent dining room, offering stunning harbour views. The restaurant has held three Michelin stars since 2019 (having previously held them from 2010 through 2013) – Galliot having also taken the helm that year.
Caprice is known for its outstanding cuisine showcasing classic French savoir faire with global accents – something that extends to the restaurant’s cheese cellar. For the celebration dinners, two cheese masters from Alsace in northeastern France – namely Bernard Antony and his son, Jean-François Antony – will round off each dinner with a special artisanal selection.

The package also includes access to the hotel’s 45th-floor Executive Club, where guests can enjoy complimentary treats throughout the day and watch the lights come on across the harbour as evening falls, cocktail in hand. Guests can choose an Executive Harbour View Room (from HK$19,000) or a Superior Harbour View Suite (from HK$25,500).
The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is also known for its serene, award-winning spa, and guests can celebrate the 20th anniversary with a special programme featuring Full Moon Floating Sound Baths. Participants recline on a floating mattress listening to the gentle sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and diverse soundscapes, letting their worries drift away.

The spa also has a new state-of-the-art red light therapy bed, complete with OvationULT technology. This emits specific wavelengths of red light that promote deep healing, skin rejuvenation and enhanced well-being.
Whether savouring spectacular dinners, taking part in restorative spa programmes, or staying at the hotel and enjoying the full suite of celebrations, guests can now indulge in splendour while commemorating the two decades that the Four Seasons has brought its much-loved brand of luxury to Hong Kong.
