In the supposed words of New York Yankees great Yogi Berra, Friday at the National Games is “like deja vu all over again”.

Siobhan Haughey is back chasing gold in the pool, although with the women’s 100m freestyle decided on Saturday, the furthest she can get is the semi-finals, and Hong Kong’s men are seeking glory in rugby sevens.

Gold must be won or lost at Kai Tak Stadium this evening, while the city’s women will look to end their tournament in fifth.
