UFC’s Jorge Masvidal tells Jake Paul ‘you can’t afford me’ in 72-second video rant
- ‘Gamebred’ doesn’t take kindly to YouTube star’s call-out after sixth-round KO of Tyron Woodley
- ‘I fight for money, or to fight the best in the world. You’re neither, you understand? I know it hurts,’ Masvidal says

Jorge Masvidal did not take kindly to Jake Paul calling him out on Saturday night.
The 37-year-old American “Gamebred” (35-15) – one of the UFC welterweight division’s top contenders, and a two-time title challenger – let rip at Paul in a 72-second video posted to his Twitter account soon after Paul’s fight.
“Now to address that little b****, what’s-his-face. That [expletive],” Masvidal said. “Listen, man. You can’t [expletive] afford me. You understand? Me and all the other names you mentioned, you can’t afford.
“I know what you pay, and you talk a big game. You say US$50 million here, US$50 million there. But bulls***. If that was the case, Floyd Mayweather would’ve took the fight with you. But he hasn’t because you don’t generate that kind of revenue.
“You’re giving out free tickets. You’ve got street teams giving out free tickets, man. Who are you selling dreams to? You can’t afford me to come over.”
