The Longines Hong Kong International Races, known as the "turf world championships", will be run on December 10 at Sha Tin. Horses from all over the world flock to the New Territories to run in the HK$25 million Hong Kong Cup (2,000m), HK$23 million Hong Kong Mile (1,600m), HK$18.5 million Hong Kong Sprint (1,200m) and HK$18 million Hong Kong Vase (2,400m).
