Her role involves developing Hong Kong as an international shipping and aviation hub, advancing major railway projects, and implementing cross-border travel schemes. Known for her leadership and proactive approach, she is instrumental in streamlining processes, such as the 2020 taxi driver test initiative, and ensuring timely project delivery to enhance the city’s connectivity and economic development.
