How a local police programme is helping to empower women in Pakistan

A police initiative in the Pakistani city of Lahore is helping to empower local women. The “Women on Wheels” programme teaches women how to ride motorcycles, a female taboo  
in the conservative Muslim country. Started in 2017, the free programme has so far trained around 6,600 women.
