Putin says ties with China have reached an 'unprecedented level'

During their meeting at the 8th Eastern Economic Forum in the Russian port city of Vladivostok on September 12, 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing that ties between Russia and China "have reached an absolutely unprecedented, historical level" in recent years.
