People kayak on street floods after Typhoon Bavi brings record rains to northern China

Shenyang residents have been seen making the most of their free time as many schools and workplaces in northern China remain closed in the aftermath of Typhoon Bavi. Some were using kayaks or even powered surfboards on flooded roads in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning province.
