A family of cats has been adopted by the Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport in northwestern China after they helped the transport hub tackle a rat infestation. The male and female feline, who have at least one kitten, were once strays. Now they live in a glasshouse-like cattery provided by the airport to house its resident “paw patrol”.
