Super Typhoon Ragasa lashed Hong Kong on the night of September 23, 2025, prompting the Hong Kong Observatory to issue its highest No 10 warning signal at 2.40am. Several parts of the city experienced heavy flooding, while at least 33 people were injured and hundreds more took refuge in shelters.
