Youth in Hong Kong and Taiwan need a chance to build their political ‘driving’ skills

Young people have been in the spotlight in Hong Kong as well as Taiwan in recent months, as political uncertainty in each area raises questions about their prospects for the future. As the South China Morning Post’s Luisa Tam points out, governments in both jurisdictions need to urgently look at ways to harness the energy and talent of their young people.
