Veteran Hong Kong actor Benz Hui Shiu-hung died on October 28, 2025, from cancer-related organ failure, according to his family. Hui, who enjoyed a decades-long career in Hong Kong’s entertainment industry, was known for his numerous roles in dramas and films for local broadcaster TVB. He also hosted TVB programmes, which made him well- known among overseas Chinese. Tributes poured in from fellow celebrities and fans online for Hui, who was 76.
