Chinese humanoid robots MMA clash ends with decapitation in fighting league in Shenzhen

China held the world’s first fighting league for humanoid robots on Thursday in Shenzhen. The Ultimate Robot Knock-out Legend, launched by Shenzhen-based robotics firm EngineAI, placed robots in a hexagonal cage to fight each other. Organisers said the tournament aimed to evaluate robots across four categories: effective strikes, body stability, defensive and evasive ability, and overall durability.
