First Singapore-style food hawker centre in New York opens in Manhattan

The first Singapore-style hawker centre in New York City is open for business. Urban Hawker in midtown Manhattan features 17 vendors serving a wide range of favourite Singaporean dishes including prawn noodles, white bee hoon and Hainanese chicken rice.
