Nato says North Korean troops reached crucial Russian border region near Ukraine

Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte said on October 28, 2024, that North Korean troops have reached the Kursk region in Russia, one of the front lines in Moscow’s war in Ukraine. South Korean and Ukrainian officials earlier confirmed the deployment of North Korean soldiers to help support Russian troops struggling to push back a Ukrainian incursion.
