Trump thanks China’s Xi, Russia’s Putin for being ‘neutral’ in Iran war

A peace deal that will reopen the Strait of Hormuz and lift the US naval blockade was signed by the US and Iran on Wednesday, according to Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Speaking at the G7 Summit in the French city of Evian-les-Bains, US President Donald Trump thanked Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Russian leader Vladimir Putin for what Trump called their neutrality during the Iran war.
