Australia’s lovable Neil the Seal wins hearts and smashes public property

A one-tonne elephant seal is smashing his way through towns in Australia’s southern Tasmania – and winning hearts as he does it. The mammal, named Neil the Seal, has become a viral hit for his lovable face and destructive antics. The seal is often seen lounging by the roadside, or slamming his formidable frame into parked cars and municipal property.
