Treat yourself this Friday and check out Regent Hong Kong’s Shake Shack collaboration at The Lobby Lounge. The debut pop-up features the Foie Gras Shack, a luxe take on Shake Shack’s ShackBurger with an Angus beef patty, melted Gruyère cheese, rich foie gras torchon, black truffle mayo, caramelised onion, frisée and chives on a pillowy potato bun.

Elevate your meal further with a double patty, or pair the burger with caviar fries and a glass of Dom Pérignon for a fusion of casual comfort food and five-star indulgence, set against one of Hong Kong’s most cinematic backdrops.
