Pak Loh Chiu Chow private kitchen marks its first anniversary this month with a contemporary spin on Chiu Chow heritage. Led by the third generation of the founding family, this refined private kitchen has just launched three all-new tasting menus: Classic Delights, Heritage Feast and Imperial Feast, each of which is a 10-course journey of appetisers, soups, handcrafted seafood, mains and desserts.
Expect signature touches like soyed chilled abalone in a 58-year-old master stock, Puning-style deep-fried bean curd rolls, honey-glazed semi-dried oyster, XO sauce smoked duck breast, and the indulgent braised supreme fish maw in abalone sauce. Seasonal winter dishes also appear throughout, making this the perfect time to rediscover Chiu Chow cuisine – old and new – over a warm and personal dining experience.
