Horse No 2 KIAMA (K359) B Avdulla Shortly after the start shifted in abruptly and made contact with WIN METHOD.
Horse No 3 MOTOR (K165) K C Leung Jumped awkwardly.
Horse No 4 QUICK MONEY (K377) C L Chau Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 SPARKLE AND GOLD (K259) M F Poon Near the 100 Metres was shifted to the inside of KIAMA to continue into clear running.
SPARKLE AND GOLD then lay in over the final 100 Metres.
Noted to have lost its right front plate after the race.
Horse No 6 BABIECA (K326) K Teetan Approaching the 300 Metres shifted in abruptly, resulting in its rider K Teetan having to stop riding and straighten his mount for a short distance.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 WIN METHOD (K406) H Bentley Bumped shortly after the start.
Horse No 7 JUST FOLLOW ME (K332) L Ferraris Withdrawn on 3.5.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame right hind).
Before being allowed to race again, JUST FOLLOW ME will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
Horse No 1 THE ALL OUT (K291) Z Purton After arriving at the starting gates was found to be coughing and have a nasal discharge.
Acting on veterinary advice that THE ALL OUT was unsuitable to race it was withdrawn by order of the Stewards.
A subsequent endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse's trachea.
Before being allowed to race again, THE ALL OUT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Red-hot favourite Quick Money came from last to win going away 50m out. He lived up to an eye-catching second on debut last month. Babieca led and kept on well to finish a clear-cut second after showing his inexperience in the run. He's only a two-year-old and will improve with more racing. Motor stayed on a non-threatening third after making his run travelling midfield near the far side. It was an improved effort wearing cheek pieces at his second start. Debutant Kiama whacked on one-paced after sitting near the speed. He needed the run. Newcomer Win Method was yielding ground 200m out after chasing the leader near the stands side. He will need more time and experience. Sparkle And Gold failed to lift when asked for an effort after a midfield run on the grandstand side. First-time starter Zhou Gongjin came up empty after making his run one from the rear.
