Horse No 2 LA CITY BLANCHE (G371) B Avdulla A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 4 BUNDLE AWARD (K020) Z Purton After the 500 Metres was bumped and taken wider by BRAVEHEARTS which shifted out to improve.
After the event Z Purton stated that on jumping the horse made contact with the left side of its barrier, resulting in his left foot striking the starting gates and slipping in his stirrup.
He said as a result shortly after the start he was obliged to adjust his left foot in his stirrup using his left hand.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 NOISY BOY (J536) C L Chau Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 6 BRAVEHEARTS (H389) M F Poon Jumped awkwardly.
Shifted out after the 500 Metres and made contact with BUNDLE AWARD.

Firming favourite Bundle Award came from last to just defeat Noisy Boy in the small field for a third win from eight starts. He handled the step up to 2,400m with aplomb. Noisy Boy did everything right but get the win after moving to the lead 200m out travelling effectively one-out, one-back. It was a good effort after failing with an excuse last start in the Derby. Winning Dragon grudgingly gave way after dictating a slow pace from gate three. He has enjoyed a productive campaign. Bravehearts ran on steadily for fourth after making his run one from the rear. He requires a stronger pace. Five G Patch didn't produce after a box-seat run. The big weight took its toll. Fellow top weight La City Blanche weakened after a speed-tracking run from gate five. He couldn't build on a win in this race carrying 20 pounds less.
