TROUBLE IN RUNNING

FORERUNNER (G465) shifted out shortly after the start and made contact with a runner. Near the 50M made contact with a runner - Race 747.

BEAUTY GLORY (E459) rider stated that his mount was disadvantaged by being pressured in the lead and as a consequence gave ground in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 747.

LUCKY TWENTY (K392) bumped shortly after the start. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 634.

SPEEDY PATCH (L104) raced greenly when under pressure in the Home Straight and near the 350M became unbalanced when being shifted out. The next day was reported to be lame in its right front leg. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 306.

GUTSY BRAVO (L178) jumped awkwardly. Raced keenly in the early stages when being steadied to obtain a position with cover. Raced greenly in the Home Straight. Rider stated that his mount was disadvantaged by the wide barrier and the fact that it then raced ungenerously when caught wide. He said his mount would be better suited when able to obtain a position with cover amongst other horses. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 715.

GOLDENTRONICMIGHTY (K002) on jumping made contact with the right side of its starting gate - Race 716.

JUSTIFYING (K027) bumped on jumping. Rider stated that his intention was to hold a more forward position but despite riding his mount along it did not show sufficient pace to do so. He added that his mount failed to run on in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 728.

CHATER FLASH (L082) shortly after the start got its head up, shifted out and made contact with a runner. Throughout the early and middle stages raced ungenerously and near the 1000M got its head up when being steadied. After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 598.

SUPER DRAGON (K389) jumped only fairly. Approaching the 400M was eased. Rider stated that the only explanation he could offer for the disappointing performance was that it did not appreciate the "Good to Yielding" track conditions. Trainer concurred with the views offered by rider. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 679.

SEA DIAMOND (L072) from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 700.

FALCON HUNTER (K503) lay out on the Home Turn. Rider stated that with blinkers being applied for the first occasion his mount raced keenly and as a result did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. Noted to have lost its left hind plate after the race. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 710.
