Horse No 1 BRAVEHEARTS (H389) M F Poon Slow to begin.
Horse No 2 CAMBRIDGE (K085) H Bowman Raced wide and without cover until near the 600 Metres.
Horse No 3 JOY OF SPRING (H383) C Y Ho Held up for clear running after passing the 500 Metres until near the 300 Metres.
Horse No 4 GENTLEMEN LEGACY (K385) Z Purton Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 ATULLIBIGEAL (G173) J Orman After being slowly away was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages from a wide barrier.
Horse No 6 ENTHRALLED (K252) B Avdulla From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
When questioned B Avdulla expressed satisfaction with the horse's performance being first up from a spell.
He said ENTHRALLED wanted to lay in in the Home Straight which prevented him from riding his mount out with the whip.
He added that over the concluding stages ENTHRALLED was slightly inconvenienced as a result of MONEY CATCHER shifting out towards his mount.
Horse No 10 MONEY CATCHER (G171) K C Leung Jumped awkwardly.
Horse No 14 MIGHTY STRENGTH (H450) H T Mo When questioned regarding the apparent improved performance Trainer P F Yiu stated that the horse has raced well previously first up from a spell and with the light weight today he advised the connections that he expected MIGHTY STRENGTH to run well.

Mighty Strength travelled in front of midfield breaking from gate nine and got up 60m out for a third win and first in this grade from 13 starts. Gentleman Legacy ran on nicely to finish a close second after making his run five back and one off the fence. He clearly has the tools to add to a win last start win over 2,000m. Ariel grudgingly gave way after dictating the run from gate five. He nearly pinched the race at clearly his best Class Three run on turf. Wrote A New Page kept battling away for fourth after tracking the leader from gate 13. It was a pleasing effort stepping up to 1,800m at Sha Tin following three straight Valley 1,650m wins. Aestheticism made good ground without menacing after biding his time five back on the fence. It was a better effort with a step up to 1,800m on his second Sha Tin run this term. Money Catcher peaked in his run 100m out after nearly drawing level for the lead 200m out after a prominent run one off with cover.
