Racing Incident Report
Race Two : (255) - SNOW FAIRY HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 CIRCUIT GRAND SLAM (K201) C Soumillon Jumped only fairly.
In the Home Straight lay in, resulting in its rider C Soumillon changing his whip through to his right hand near the 150 Metres.
Horse No 2 SAVVY BRILLIANT (J437) H Doyle Jumped awkwardly.
Between the 400 Metres and the 350 Metres was held up for clear running before being shifted to the outside of ARMOUR WAR EAGLE.
Horse No 4 HELENE SUPAFEELING (L028) J McDonald Jumped only fairly.
From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Lay in over the final 200 Metres.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 SOVEREIGN FUND (J402) U Rispoli U Rispoli stated that from a wide barrier he had to make too much use of his mount in the early stages to hold the lead.
He said in the Home Straight SOVEREIGN FUND gave ground due to the efforts in the early stages of the event.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 6 REFUSETOBEENGLISH (K362) M Guyon On jumping made contact with the left side of its starting gate and lost ground.
Over the final 100 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.
Horse No 8 ARMOUR WAR EAGLE (J039) A Atzeni Between the 450 Metres and the 250 Metres was held up for clear running between GIANT LEAP and SUGAR SUGAR.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 10 FORZA LEADER (L034) L Hewitson Bumped on jumping.
L Hewitson stated that near the 800 Metres his mount commenced to race keenly and was steadied away from SUGAR SUGAR.
He said as a consequence FORZA LEADER then raced wide and without cover thereafter.
Horse No 11 LET'S HAVE FUN (L118) M L Yeung M L Yeung reported that his mount, which was having its first race start in Hong Kong, would derive a fitness benefit from today's performance.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 12 YOUNG ARROW (J401) H Bentley Bumped on jumping.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 13 HOLMES A COURT (J511) Y L Chung Trainer A S Cruz stated that from a wide barrier he had instructed Jockey Y L Chung to ride the horse in a forward position, similar to when it barrier trialed well at Sha Tin on 28 November 2025.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 3 GENEVA (J114) H Bowman Withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left hind).
Before being allowed to race again, GENEVA will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Well-backed Helene Supafeeling zipped home late with one wider out to reel in Young Arrow 80m out for a smart debut win in Hong Kong. He's got a bright future. Specked late Young Arrow did everything right but get the win after surging to the lead 150m out following a one-off trip from behind midfield. It was a much-improved effort at his third outing this term. Early favourite Circuit Grand Slam rallied strongly down the outside to nearly take second settling last after a tardy start. It was a solid effort carrying top weight after a win on his Hong Kong debut last month. A Time For Us ran on nicely for fourth after making his run three from the rear. It was a promising debut run in Hong Kong. Post-time favourite Armour War Eagle stayed on for fifth after getting held up for a run until the 200m following a rails run from midfield. He should have finished closer. Savvy Brilliant ran on steadily to pick up a minor cheque after a rails run from behind midfield.
