Recap by phillip woo

Blazing Wukong was given a patient ride third last and three wine and ran on strongly down the outside to take control 60m out for a third win and first in the grade from 11 starts. The move to blinkers worked the oracle. Lovero found one too smart after briefly hitting the front 100m out following a one-out, one-back run. He's done very little wrong in six outings following a stable change. Endued ran on nicely to just miss second-place prize money after a wide with cover trip from behind midfield. He's holding his form well with placings in two of three starts following a win in March. Rank outsider Trinity Treasure just held on for fourth after making his own luck in front from gate seven. It was a much-improved effort wearing cheek pieces at his second local start. Lucky Sam Gor ran on well for fifth after a one-off trip travelling worse than midfield.
