Horse No 1 HELENE FEELING (H215) E C W Wong From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
In the middle stages raced keenly.
Horse No 3 PACKING ANGEL (J454) H Bentley From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
Horse No 4 CALIFORNIATOTALITY (H418) A Badel Bumped shortly after the start.
Horse No 5 AWESOME FLUKE (J050) E Brown E Brown stated that the instructions were to hold a midfield position.
He said when caught wide in the early stages he shifted his mount behind runners to avoid covering additional ground which resulted in AWESOME FLUKE settling further back in the field than instructed.
Horse No 6 SILVERY BREEZE (K057) Z Purton Near the 250 Metres made contact with ARMOR GOLDEN EAGLE due to both runners shifting ground.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 8 POCKETING (L396) L Hewitson L Hewitson stated that the instructions were to ride the horse with cover in a more conservative manner than its previous race starts.
He said POCKETING raced keenly throughout the early and middle stages and when unable to maintain its position with cover behind SILVERY BREEZE he allowed it to stride forward from the 900 Metres which resulted in POCKETING being obliged to race wide and without cover thereafter.
Horse No 9 ARMOR GOLDEN EAGLE (K566) K Teetan Bumped shortly after the start.
Lay in in the early stages of the Home Straight.
Near the 250 Metres made contact with SILVERY BREEZE due to both runners shifting ground.
Sent for sampling post-race.

Silvery Breeze had a one-off trip from midfield and swooped late down the outside to win going away for a third win from nine starts this term. He handled the step up to 1,800m with aplomb. Sensationally backed Liveandletlive found one too good after setting the pace as expected despite gate 11. It was a solid run up in grade carrying 17lb less following a win. Californiatotality gave way after tracking the leader one off from gate five. It was a return to form. Packing Angel drove late through the middle to just grab fourth after a patient ride third last from gate eight. It was a good effort carrying 11lb more over a longer trip following a win. Post time favourite Armor Golden Eagle stayed on all right after a prominent run one off the fence. He couldn't deliver on the quick back up following a win in a lesser grade last start over a mile. Early favourite Beauty Alliance came up one paced along the inside after a rails run travelling better than midfield. Soleil Fighter had his chance but found little when push came to shove after a box-seat run from gate three. Helene Feeling never landed a blow settling last from gate 10.
