Love Together had a handy run in the centre of the track and after leading 150m out, he just held on. The return to Sha Tin worked the oracle after costing punters in three straight Valley 1,200m runs. Lucky Candy caught his second wind after a prominent run on the stands side to make it close on the wire. He's a winner in waiting with placings in four consecutive Sha Tin runs up to 1,200m. Invincible Steed ran on steadily to take third travelling better than midfield near the stands side from gate 13. It was a good run on his local debut. Favourite Lightness Of Music gave way after dictating the run from gate 12. He's given a decent sight for fourth in back-to-back runs following an injury break. Metro Power gradually faded after prompting the pace near the far side.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Horse No 9 TEN LOVES (L371) K Teetan Jumped only fairly, shifted in and made contact with LOVE TOGETHER.

Horse No 11 LIGHTNESS OF MUSIC (K436) M F Poon After the race an endoscopic examination was conducted on LIGHTNESS OF MUSIC at the request of Trainer C S Shum.

The Veterinary Surgeon said this examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea.

Before being allowed to race again, LIGHTNESS OF MUSIC will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
